The hotel offers a basic room setup, with a somewhat inconvenient distance of about 500m away from the main complex. On the positive side, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall.
The hotel's location is clean and good for socializing, but it is a bit far from the main strip, which was a 15-minute walk for us. The rooms were sold as 'mountain view' but overlooked a dried-up grassy area. The service was excellent overall, especially from the animation team, restaurant, bar staff, and cleaners. The dining options were satisfactory, but we had to remind staff of our orders multiple times. The facilities were sufficient, offering room service, car hire, housekeeping, and more.
The hotel had some positives like amazing views and a perfect reception but also some drawbacks, like rooms located across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location had its ups and downs, being nice and clean but far from the center of Faliraki. The dining experience was a bit mixed, with some good options available. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
